In addition to having access to the Four Corner's Area multiple-listing services, we work closely with other area agents and brokers to give your property the greatest exposure.

Our wide variety of services also include; extensive networking, area knowledge, business experience, and creative advertising. Print advertising includes (but is not limited to); addition to our Area Listings Flyer located at the front door of our office, individual Listing Brochures on the sign at your property and at the office foyer, featured Display Ads in the Silverton Standard and the Real Estate Source printed in the Norwood Post, Telluride Daily and Silverton Standard, as well as rotation as our Featured Listing in the Mountain Gazette, a publication distributed nationally.

Our clients receive incredible internet exposure on three separate websites; inSilverton.com, SilvertonProperties.com and Realtor.com, as well as dozens of pointer sites that increase visits to our websites such as ColoradoSkiAreaRealEstate.com and MountainVillageProperties.com.
